Phlake

One of the fastest rising acts to come out of Denmark in recent times, Phlake is comprised of vocalist Mads Bo and producer Jonathan Elkær. The duo propelled themselves into the spotlight in 2016 with their debut album, Slush Hours. The album went 2 x Platinum, awarded ‘Best Album 2016’ by Apple Music and was a solid fixture in the Top 20 on the Danish Album Chart for over a year. Slush Hours went on to win five Danish Grammys, including ‘Best Danish Album’. Not stopping there, album tracks ‘Angel Zoo’ and ‘Pregnant’ have both received double platinum awards. Phlake made another statement in 2017 with the strong follow-up album, Weird Invitations, which is certified Gold.

Over the course of their career, Phlake has surpassed over 180 million global streams to date and has performed sold-out headline shows in Copenhagen, London, Berlin, Amsterdam and Oslo. The duo has also performed on the renowned Orange Stage at Roskilde Festival in their native Denmark.
